Sometimes it’s not perfect but it’s yours and we would be honored to tell it. We’ll be there to give you grace. We do things a bit differently… Our approach is much more about your connection, your heart— letting your true personality show through.

It’s about a feeling rather than posed, forced photographs. We go beyond that and figure out what you love about one another, the way you have grown as a family, and the bond that you share. It’s a wild ride— We want to slow it down for a little while and allow time to stand still so you can remember what it feels like.

The Sessions

FRESH 48 | STUDIO | IN HOME

Our newborn sessions are unlike any other. They take a gentle approach to capturing the beauty and innocence of your new baby. Our newborn style is simplistic and natural, focusing on capturing the essence of your baby and all the details that make them so special. Newborn sessions include a range of relaxed, posed and macro detail images. You can expect individual images of your baby, as well as, sibling, parent and family photos if you wish. Parent and sibling images are done in a more relaxed lifestyle way. The lifestyle aspect of these sessions is about capturing the connection and love between your family and newest little one in a beautiful and natural way. This portion of the session is more documentary in nature. I want these images to not only preserve what your newborn looks like but to remind you of what they felt like to hold in your arms. I love to capture the tenderness and connection between you and your baby, forever bottling up that feeling of new love.

These sessions can take place in our in-home studio or in the comfort of your own home. Our studio resembles a home atmosphere. An in home session is only recommended if you have a lot of natural light and neutral walls. All wraps, blankets and outfits for baby are provided. Mama also has access to our client closet.

Document this season, get in front of the camera. This isn’t about perfection, it is about framing your imperfectly beautiful moments as they unfold. These moments are for you to soak up with time with your littles (or baby bump) during our time together, really living and laughing and just being with no worries. Take the time to pause this special season and relish in its goodness, its purpose.

There is nothing quite like the beauty of growing a life, it is such a gift. Take a moment to capture this treasured season and document the start of your next amazing journey.
