As Knoxville Wedding Photographers, we have photographed weddings at many venues in and around Knoxville. The Quarry, a Knoxville wedding venue, is definitely one of our favorites. Not only is it overflowing with breathtaking, natural beauty in every direction you look but it comes with a level of service from their team unlike any venue that we have worked with. We cannot recommend this wedding venue and their team enough to engaged couples looking for a venue in Knoxville to host their wedding day.
Everything about this wedding venue is stunning. From the very first moment that you pull up to The Quarry, it feels like you are stepping into a fairytale. This Knoxville venue has so many unique locations and offerings for couples getting married.
THE CANYON
The Canyon is the outdoor ceremony space. A beautiful stone path, surrounded by trees and quarry rocks, leads to one of the most unique backdrops we’ve ever seen. Stepping into the canyon is like entering into another world. The green space is surrounded by towering quarry rock walls and foliage. It’s truly like no other.
THE CARRARA
This is the indoor reception area. This beautiful 6,000 square foot, white steel building captures your attention. It has all of our favorite details from gorgeous wooden elements to a timeless blank pallet that can be accented to your own personal style. The building is surrounded by string lights and luscious trees. The main wooden doors lead you in to a bright, open and industrial space with plenty of windows for natural light. A second set of wooden doors lead you to the stone patio.
If that was all this venue had to offer it would be enough but it doesn’t stop there.

Lindsay and Morgan are a dream wedding team to have by your side on your wedding day. They think of absolutely everything and have a plan in place for every portion of your day. You truly do get to just show up and get married on your wedding day. In addition to that, they have beautiful decor available for your use and a team standing by to make sure everything is perfect and gorgeous for your day.
VENUE LOCATION
We love that this Knoxville Wedding venue is so conveniently located. It’s hard to believe such a wildly unique and historic location can be so close. The Quarry is located in the heart of Knoxville and yet still feels remote and intimate.
A NOTE FROM A QUARRY BRIDE
Within a week of contacting The Quarry we were on location with Lindsey getting a tour of the property and having all of our questions answered.
A month after booking our wedding date, I had my first planning meeting with Lindsey and Morgan. We discussed my vision, preferred venders and details I hoped to include. Within two months they had all of the major vendors and details booked and taken care of for me. Three months before the wedding I went back to The Quarry for my final meeting, this one lasted a few hours. I was able to meet all of my vendors including the photographer, florist and DJ. They had place settings and table cloths for me to choose from and I was able to confirm all of the final plans. It was so nice to meet everyone before our big day! On our wedding day all I had to do was show up and get ready. Everything was exactly how I dreamed. They kept the day running smoothly and on schedule.
They made my wedding so special and easy that I would plan a hundred more with them. They have a hidden gem here in Knoxville and they are amazing. Lindsey and Morgan will make you feel like the only bride they are working with. The property alone is reason enough to choose them. From the Canyon to the Carrara, it is all so breathtaking and the perfect setting for a dreamy wedding. 10/10 would recommend!
